This is a return to my painting roots in acrylics. Some are test projects that I just like enough to share. Many are also are experiments in adding text into paintings in different ways. Others are paintings for people out doing beautiful things in the world regardless of where they obstacles. All of it is art for the sake of being seen and valued in a world that tries so hard to squelch creativity, empathy, and community. Never has it been so important to lean hard into being the people that we say we are. Authenticity is resistance, and the folks in this gallery are that all the way.
